Our spring water is sourced from Rocwell natural mineral water, known for its purity and excellent taste.

How do I store my drums of water?

We recommend storing your water drums in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to maintain the freshness and quality of your water.

What is the cost of domestic water solutions?

Our machines start from €xxx. You can purchase 3 drums of water from €30. Our bottles are compatible with most machines on the market.

We require a deposit of €10 per bottle, with a minimum order of 3 bottles. You can return your empty bottles to us when we deliver your next order. If bottles are not returned, you will be charged €10 for each unreturned bottle.

How do I clean my water machine?

We recommend cleaning (sterilising) the machine every 4-6 months. Because our water is low in limescale, you only need to use Milton or a similar sterilizing solution. Put a cupful of Milton into the top of the machine and fill with tap water until full. Leave for 1 hour, flush out 2 or 3 times with tap water to clean out the Milton, and then you're good to go!

Does my water dispenser have a warranty?

Yes, your machine is covered by a one-year warranty.
